Escrow Officer

Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow officer to join the National Commercial Services Operation for an industry leading Land Title Insurance company in Phoenix, Arizona. The position entails managing complex, high‑liability escrow transactions; overseeing closings; collaborating closely with the underwriting team; delivering exceptional customer service; and handling a broad range of title insurance matters. We are looking for experience across a variety of spectrums of commercial real estate sector: Multi-Site, Specialty retails, Mixed Use Asset, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Establishes new commercial escrow accounts and processes escrow documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Serves as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers, managing funds and facilitating real estate transactions
• Demonstrates an understanding of how the team collaborates with related groups to achieve shared objectives
• Contributes to the quality, timeliness, and overall effectiveness of the team through individual work
• Identifies and resolves infrequent, non-routine issues as they arise
• Assesses situations and selects appropriate solutions based on existing precedents and procedures
• Effectively communicates and explains complex information, including team interdependencies and cross-functional impacts
• Operates with limited supervision, exercising discretion to adapt work practices and processes to improve efficiency or outcomes
• Acts as an individual contributor and resource for less experienced team members without formal supervisory responsibility
Performs additional duties as assigned by management

• At least 3 years of Escrow experience within the Commercial space (Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, etc.)
• Experience processing commercial transactions from inception to closing
• Experience with transactions valued at the minimum of 1-10 Million
• Familiarity with Title Insurance in Arizona and/or Nationally
