Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Senior Call Center Representatives for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. Our client is setting up operations for a new contact center in Tempe, AZ, where these individuals will serve as a frontline support for credit card customers via phone, chat, and email. These individuals will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

-Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
-Recommend solutions and document interactions
-Escalate complex issues appropriately
-Stay updated on policies and procedures
-Ensure compliance with regulations
-Maintain excellent attendance and shift adherence
-Communicate clearly and empathetically
-Embrace feedback and multitask effectively

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with an hourly pay of $30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

● High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
● Minimum 10 years of customer/client service experience, in a contact center or financial services
environment.
● Experience leading/managing a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

● Experience in the banking or financial industry.
● 5+ years of client service experience.
● Associate Degree or higher
