Full Stack Developer (Vulnerability) - INTL Colombia

This Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in modernizing and maintaining enterprise applications while actively remediating security, accessibility, and compliance issues identified through audits and vulnerability scans. The role involves implementing front-end and back-end patches, resolving security findings, and deploying fixes through established CI/CD pipelines to ensure applications remain secure, compliant, and high-performing. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including security, DevOps, and compliance—the developer will support application hardening efforts, improve code quality, and help ensure systems meet regulatory and accessibility standards while continuing to evolve toward a modern .NET and React-based architecture.

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer with .NET (C#/.NET Core, Web APIs) and React (or similar modern front-end frameworks)
• Hands-on experience patching security vulnerabilities identified through security scans, audits, or vulnerability reports
• Experience implementing front-end and back-end code changes to remediate findings from security, accessibility, and compliance audits
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and resolving common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
• Experience supporting and deploying fixes through CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Octopus, or similar tools)
• Experience modernizing or maintaining enterprise or legacy applications in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and database-driven applications
• Ability to collaborate with security, compliance, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve audit findings efficiently

• Experience reviewing and working from security vulnerability reports (SAST, DAST, dependency scans, OWASP findings)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ARIA) and remediating issues identified through accessibility audits
• Exposure to compliance driven environments (healthcare, government, financial services, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
• Experience partnering with security, compliance, or GRC teams to remediate audit findings
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including security checks integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud security concepts in AWS environments
• Knowledge of frontend accessibility and security testing tools (axe, Lighthouse, SonarQube, Snyk, etc.)
• Prior experience supporting applications subject to regular audits or regulatory reviews
