Job Description
Seeking an Electrical Engineer to support a fast-paced engineering team responsible for developing and testing complex systems. This role works closely with design, integration, and test engineers to bring advanced technologies from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities
Apply electrical engineering standards and best practices across system designs
Support requirements development, design reviews, and technical documentation
Perform qualification, acceptance, and characterization testing
Analyze test data to identify performance trends and off-nominal behavior
Troubleshoot complex systems and components
Evaluate design risks, uncertainties, and trade studies
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Provide peer reviews of engineering designs and analyses
Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 9+ years of experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
-Experience with missile systems and applicable industry standards
-Background in the design, test, integration, or deployment of electrical subsystems
-Experience releasing engineering documentation (drawings, specifications, test procedures)
-Experience with nonconformance resolution and root cause analysis
- Proficiency with standard lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, electronic loads)
- Experience using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and trend identification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
