Job Description

In this contract role, Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Administrator. This role will ask the individual to work directly in support of the health and wellbeing of the employees who work on-site at one of our largest clients in Chandler, AZ. This role will join a 2 location practice team which contains Providers, MAs, Lab Professionals and other Front Desk Administrators all working together to help keep patients healthy. Ideally this individual will come from a previous work environment that is fast paced and is comfortable practicing general family medicine.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years experience working in an outpatient clinic/healthcare environment doing front office work
- Must have EPIC EMR Experience
- Familiar with check-in/ check- out and customer service with multi line phone systems
- Experience with HIPPA Compliance

- Collections and AR Experience
