Job Description

 Represent the company by serving as our direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Supervise and understand the contracted scopes and execution of all trades including but not limited to mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, and building controls. An understanding of sequencing and scheduling of all trades so as to provide
minimum impact of the customers daily operations.
 Maintain customer satisfaction by listening to concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers
on resolutions.
 Communicate with building owners, subcontractors, and field support staff.
 Understanding contract clauses, knowledge and risk mitigation of construction contract content language, validating project
scope / cost / schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines, development and
maintenance on project schedules, participating in pre-bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and establishing
customer expectations.
 Managing project budgets, project schedules, and delivering to scopes, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
 Establish and create construction schedules used to drive the project through Gantt charts or any other tool to organize and
represent potential project schedule. Includes creating and maintaining project schedules, generating tasks, dependencies,
milestones, critical path, ability to identify future looking planning needs and resource constraints.
 Validate/descope subcontractor’s proposals; supervise the work of an assigned project team and subcontractors.
 Prepare and set up sub-contractor agreements by including scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; bonding
requirements; and billing schedule of values.
 Review project plans and specifications, review project progress and prioritize tasks.
 Work with contractors and owners to validate scope of projects, and proper close-out.
 Follow and manage processes and procedures in a timely manner; Example: Procore, Email, Teams, Project Folder
Management, labor logs and personal expense submission.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the construction industry.

Background in Energy Saving / Energy Conservation

Worked on government buildings - schools, city halls, etc.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA safety training, along with managing a safe workforce and safety policies.

Maintain a satisfactory driving record which

Ability to read, analyze and interpret written instructions and construction project documents as they apply to aforementioned duties and responsibilities.
