Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and has a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. As part of a Managed Service Provider, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions while maintaining a personable and consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITAM and ITOM modules.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Perform CMDB administration tasks (approximately 15% of weekly workload), including:
Updating Configuration Items (CIs)
Managing dashboards and reports
Ensuring data integrity and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Work in a customer-facing capacity to provide support and build strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
• In-depth experience with ServiceNow development, specifically ITAM and ITOM implementations.
• Strong understanding of CMDB structure and administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with clients in a consultative manner.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment is highly preferred.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
