Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. EHS manager to join a growing team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. As the Sr. Manager of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), you will lead initiatives to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across all operations. This role oversees programs for OSHA and EPA compliance, hazardous materials management, emergency response planning, and sustainability projects, while driving continuous improvement in safety culture and key performance metrics. You will manage certifications such as ISO 14001 and 45001, lead incident investigations, and implement preventive measures to reduce risks and injuries. Additionally, you’ll provide strategic leadership for audits, training, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain compliance and achieve organizational safety and environmental goals. This role can pay 119K - 149K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE and Education level.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience managing EHS programs in a manufacturing environment.
ISO 14001, 45001 Certifications
Experience managing compliance programs (air quality renewable permits, NPDES permit, Sorm Water Pollution Prevention, Form R, etc)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM)
Advanced Manufacturing background
