Job Description
This is a first in healthcare in Arizona! We are seeking 2 RNs to work Night Shifts(3x12) in the states only Virtual Hospital. This role will ask you to use your beside inpatient acuity to help oversee the 4 virtual departments within the hospital. Everything from issue resolution, new hire one on ones to trend analysis - this role will require a self-starter who wants to get in on the ground floor and not sit at their desks. Exposure to executive system leadership and brand-new technologies will be the norm in this role - given you will be helping oversee an incoming call center, virtual companion department, patient logistics personnel and also a remote cardiac monitoring unit. Required Skills & Experience
5 years' experience as an RN
*AZ RN license (single state or compact accepted)
3 years ICU, ED, Cardiac/Tele inpatient experience
Understand they are overseeing delivery of work for clinicians who do direct patient care but will not directly oversee patient care themselves
Problem Solver: previous experience with conflict resolution across the healthcare continuum and ability to spot trends within departments/ hospitals
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
House Supervisor inpatient Experience
BSN
Cardiac Monitoring Experience
ALS Cert
