Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a paralegal to join the team for a large estate law firm here in Phoenix, Arizona. This individual will be supporting two attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
-Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
-Prepare and file probate and trust administration documents with courts and government agencies.
-Conduct legal research on estate planning, probate, and trust laws and regulations.
-Gather and analyze financial and asset information for estate inventories and valuations.
-Maintain and organize client files, case calendars, and deadlines.
-Communicate with clients, fiduciaries, and court clerks to facilitate case progress.
-Coordinate execution of estate planning documents, including witnessing and notarizing signatures.
-Assist attorneys during client meetings and consultations; take detailed notes and update case records.

Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years of experience of paralegal experience
-Ideally have some Estate planning background
-Extreme level of professionalism
