Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager with a strong technical background to lead and support testing activities for large, complex financial projects. This role requires expertise in test strategy creation, financial reporting delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be tech-centric, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring that all deliverables meet the needs of process ownfweers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Testing Initiatives:
Act as Test Manager for large-scale, complex financial projects.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for technology delivery.
Technical Expertise:
Understand and manage test environments, data pipelines, and integration points.
Ensure capability and delivery testing aligns with business requirements.
Reporting & Documentation:
Oversee the delivery of financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide clear documentation and communicate testing outcomes effectively.
Presentation & Communication:
Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations from scratch (not just filling templates).
Design templates and build compelling stories starting from a blank slide.
Assist with slide creation for leadership and stakeholder updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with process owners to ensure deliverables meet operational needs.
Provide guidance on testing best practices and quality assurance standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in test management for technology delivery projects.
Proven track record in the financial services industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of data pipelines, test environments, and integration testing.
Ability to create and execute test strategies for complex systems.
Presentation Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to create templates and presentations from scratch.
Strong storytelling and visualization skills for executive-level reporting.
