Job Description
Lead process reviews and metrics analysis to improve operational effectiveness and align with business and technology strategies. Identify constraints, propose solutions, and drive implementation. Maintain accurate documentation of current processes, root cause analysis, and recommend alternatives impacting KPIs/KRIs. Track enhancements and measure results using data and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to address complex issues and opportunities.
-Define work breakdown structures, lead requirement discussions, and resolve blockers.
-Develop critical documentation and communicate findings and next steps.
-Utilize Microsoft Office, diagramming tools (Lucid, Visio), and risk management expertise in banking processes.

Required Skills & Experience
-8+ years of related experience.
-Bachelor's degree in related field required.
-Six-Sigma, Lean, Lean-Sigma, SAFe/Lean-Agile experience .
-A working understanding of BPM 2.0 Business Process Mapping standards.
-Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
-Advanced to expert in process and data analysis within one or two domains or functional areas with deep critical thinking skills.
-Experience working as a SME across one or two domains or functional areas.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous leadership experience preferred.
-Advanced knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
