Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 3 Call Center Representatives in the Mesa/Gilbert area. This role would be onsite for first 2-4 weeks for training purposes then potential to be remote afterwards. The role is primarily inbound calls with about 40-65 call on average a day. Calls are typically on the longer side of 20-30 minutes, researching the accounts to help resolve problems or escalate to supervisors, leads or manager if needed. There are some online services requests and outbound calls if additional questions.

Required Skills & Experience
At least 3 Years of Call center Experience
Experience with a ACD System (Automatic Call Distribution)
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing or similar for documentation/escalation
