Job Description
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs
- Connect to various data sources using Power BI’s data connectivity tools
- Use Power BI Advanced Editor (M code) for complex data transformations
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Power BI reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues
- Update and maintain existing SSRS reports to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Run SQL queries to gather data for report generation
- Modify SQL scripts to meet specific reporting needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSRS-related issues
- Document report development processes and maintain detailed records of client requirements

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a report writer or BI developer
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining SSRS reports
- Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch
-Hands-on experience with Power BI data connectivity (connecting to various data sources)
- Proficiency with Power BI Advanced Editor (M code / Power Query transformations)
- Experience writing DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculated columns, measures, and advanced analytics
Strong experience working with large-scale SQL datasets (millions of rows), including performance optimization and efficient data handling without direct database access
- Ability to work with data sources and staging environments to model and transform data for reporting purposes
