Network Engineer - Hybrid

Our customer, a leading Managed Service Provider in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a motivated and experienced Network Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex networking challenges, and has a passion for supporting diverse client infrastructures.

This candidate will join our customers' team, supporting several clients that utilize the customer's MSP offering.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network solutions across multiple client environments.
Provide expert-level support for Cisco networking technologies, with a strong emphasis on Cisco Meraki.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across LAN/WAN, wireless, and cloud-managed networks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to assess needs and deliver tailored networking solutions.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for internal and client use.
Participate in client consultations, onboarding, and ongoing support engagements.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering roles.
Proven experience with Cisco technologies, especially Cisco Meraki (configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting).
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
Experience working in a Managed Services or Consulting environment, supporting multiple clients or infrastructures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Meraki CMNA) are a plus.
Experience with cloud networking and security solutions.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and remote management platforms.
