Job Description

Our client, a market leader in Parking Technology solutions, is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and respond to customer service requests for their new and existing parking systems in the Phoenix region. Their systems include high & low voltage cabling, automated gates/arms, POS systems and security camera's. You will be given a company vehicle and tools to travel across the phoenix & Toussaint to service their automated parking systems. Having great customer service skills is imperative to this role as you will have work orders signed-off on by their clients. You will be working on their legacy systems and their new automated parking system. Someone who is self-motivated, hard-working, and enjoys solving mechanical/technical issues will exceed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience installing or troubleshooting low voltage cabling
Experience in software and Hardware Installation and configuration.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues and working with power tools
Experience supporting systems in a networked environment
Valid Driver's License
