Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our agency, our manufacturer partners, and our commercial plumbing customers (wholesalers, contractors, engineers, etc.). Youll support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and help drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support in the plumbing, HVAC, or building materials industry preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Knowledge of commercial plumbing products, systems, and terminology is a strong plus.
