Were seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of enterprise-grade web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cloud-native environments, enjoys mentoring others, and has a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.
What Youll Do
- Architect and develop AEM Cloud Service solutions (Sites, Assets, Headless).
- Build custom components, templates, and workflows using Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and JCR.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe tools (Analytics, Target, Commerce) and external APIs.
- Optimize performance and security across author, publish, and dispatcher layers.
- Lead CI/CD pipeline setup using Adobe Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with frontend teams using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.

- 68+ years of hands-on AEM development experience, including AEMaaCS.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools.
- Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor teams.
- Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher, caching strategies, and security best practices.
- Adobe Certified Expert AEM Developer or Architect.
- Experience with GraphQL, Adobe I/O Runtime, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and AEM Commerce integration.
