Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming the basis of individualized care plans. They will identify teaching needs and collaborate with patients, families, and the Interdisciplinary team to set goals. The RN will provide timely updates for team conferences and document all assessments and interventions accurately. They will participate in patient rehabilitation programs, educate patients and families, and initiate discharge planning from the day of admission. Additionally, the RN will communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care and seek consultation for complex decisions. They will supervise ancillary nursing personnel, ensure safety, and contribute positively to the unit's functioning.
