A large manufacturing client in the semiconductor industry is looking to hire a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to support the growth of their manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ. The position will require the employee to:
Manages daily/weekly repair plans, organizes and controls tasks for assembly/decon lines.
Ensures productivity, volume, and efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
Completes safety observations, manages risk assessments, reports safety incidents within 24 hours, and conducts regular safety drills.
Checks equipment daily, manages absenteeism and overtime, ensures proper PPE usage.
Updates ITP documentation, conducts monthly audits, ensures ISO 9001 compliance, manages tool calibration.
Prepares daily plans, oversees repair orders, ensures OTD and TAT indicators, plans manpower, leads daily meetings.
Enters and oversees data correctness in SAP, implements VTPS rules/standards.
The shift for this role is 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 12:00pm
This position can pay between $73,000 - $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Diploma/Certificate in Technical Education or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in servicing electro/mechanical systems; and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production setting.
Understanding of engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, electrical and mechanical equipment used in pumping or vacuum applications.
Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
