Reporting Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing data analytics, with specific expertise in PowerBI and Power Query. This role requires a keen ability to measure work done against a budget, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. The position closely resembles that of a Business Analyst with a focus on data.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support project planning, execution, and delivery
-Develop and maintain status reports, dashboard, and executive-level updates
-Manage and organize documentation and workflows using Confluence
-Create and maintain advanced excel models and trackers
-Prepare high-impact presentations for leadership using advanced PowerPoint skills
-Leverage PowerBI to support data visualization and reporting efforts

-Project Management experience or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Experience using Confluence
-Experience creating and presenting status reporting / updates to peers and senior leadership
-Familiarity with Cybersecurity and/or information security concepts
-Proficiency using PowerPoint including design and formatting for leadership facing decks
-Experience using PowerBI for data visualization

-Experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on data.
-Familiarity with other data visualization tools and techniques.
-Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting processes.
