Job Description

About the Role:
CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Architect with strong project management and product management capabilities to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at identifying process and system gaps, act as liaison between business and technology teams to build an optimal solution and effectively communicate status, business value and success metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in HR and payroll systems and processes. Document findings and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.
Solution Facilitation: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Present proposed solutions to business stakeholders after technical teams have provided solution options.
Portfolio & Project Management: Build project plans, track progress of multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and present updates during portfolio reviews.
Communication & Presentation: Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders. Communicate complex process flows and project updates effectively.
Tool Utilization: Build and manage dashboards in Jira, utilize Microsoft Project and other Microsoft tools for project tracking and reporting.
Process Visualization: Develop visual process flows to illustrate current and future state processes. Explain these flows to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in project management and process architecture
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in portfolio review presentations and stakeholder communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ 23 times per week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prefer candidates with strong background in HR and Payroll processes with experience on working in HRIT/HRIS.
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
Familiarity with change management processes.
Background in healthcare or insurance industries
