Job Description
• Monitor and manage the payroll department’s group email inbox.
• Assign incoming emails to appropriate payroll administrators for resolution.
• Respond to internal and external data requests, including those from other departments and outside auditors.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end tasks for the payroll department.
• Support monthly account reconciliations and preparation of journal entries.
• Contribute to the reconciliation and preparation of payroll-related tax returns.
• Maintain and update payroll records in Laserfiche, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-3 years in the Payroll space
• An associate degree is preferred; however, substantial relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for formal educational qualifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with in-house payroll systems such as PeopleSoft
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday is a plus, but not required.
