We are looking for an Email Security Support Specialist to join the Infrastructure Security team within a large financial enterprise. This team handles email security proxies and support to help design, implement, and manage email security systems to protect against phishing, spam, malware, and other threats. You will monitor and analyze email traffic to identify and respond to security incidents and help develop and enforce email security policies and procedures. Some of your other responsibilities will include collaborating with IT security teams to integrate email security measures, conducting regular security assessments and audits of email systems, ensuring the escalation process of tickets and provide updates and reports on the status of those tickets, etc.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
-Proven experience in email security, including knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and security technologies (DMARC, SPF, DKIM).
-Familiarity with email security tools and platforms (e.g., Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda).
-Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
