Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Data Services management team, reporting directly to the CIO of Data Services. The Project Coordinator will be scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, updating status reports and performing Project Management duties as a junior-level team member. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining project documentation, preparing status reports, and communicating with stakeholders to support the timely delivery of projects. Duties include gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects, maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in shareholder meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
• Experience working directly with IT stakeholders.
• Strong document management best practices using tools like Teams, Sensei IQ or Microsoft Project are essential.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting project managers in technical or operational settings
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, Sensei IQ
• Ability to manage shifting priorities with professionalism and efficiency
