Day-2-Day:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our client's Mergers and Acquisition activities. These projects involve integrating systems and applications from acquired companies into the client's existing infrastructure. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition and optimize the performance and security of these applications. Responsibilities shown below:
Administer, maintain, and monitor Kubernetes clusters and hardware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Design and manage the Kubernetes cluster layout, resources, and storage, ensuring efficient utilization.
Monitor and optimize Kubernetes resources, such as pods, nodes, and namespaces, to maintain system health.
Manage GitHub repositories, including setting up new repositories, configuring GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines, and performing code reviews.
Perform GHES upgrade planning and execution to ensure system stability and security compliance.
Develop automation scripts using Python or Java to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Use Helm, Kubectl, or Rancher to manage Kubernetes clusters and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the Director and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and timelines.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference and stakeholder reporting.
