Our team is looking to add 2 additional Custodial Supervisors to join their team. This leadership position sits in a large vertical responsible for facilities and development for the larger organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directs the work of custodians performing cleaning tasks for a specific region of building
- Assists in maintaining schedules, managing coordination of internal and external partners, and reviewing overall performance
- Inspecting overall quality of completed work
- Recommend budget, material and equipment for assigned area depending on feedback from the field
-Assist with performance management, career development, and training custodians within their vertical
