Job Description

The CIP Project Analyst I provides administrative support for Transmission and Distribution Engineering CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) processes including change control, device security configuration, patch management and compliance support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Change Management Support: Administering and documenting changes to systems and devices to ensure compliance.
Cybersecurity Evaluation: Assessing hardware, software, and network configurations for security implications before installation or modification.
Device Inventory Management: Maintaining records of microprocessor-based devices at CIP-designated facilities.
Procedure Development: Creating and updating procedures for device setup, modification, and recovery.
Training: Providing annual training on CIP processes to engineering and maintenance teams.
Audit Preparation: Organizing documentation and evidence for audits, self-certifications, and mitigation activities.
Collaboration: Working with other departments to support corporate compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

College degree
Ideally in engineering, but open to technical or business-related degrees
Open to candidates with an Associate's in electrical engineering, that are pursuing a BS
Less than two years of professional experience in an engineering role
Lifelong learning attitude and aptitude
