Job Description
A large semiconductor client is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support research and development activities in Albany NY. This position is responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Client Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. You will provide hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the
operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Based in Albany, NY but will require travel to other sites as required to preform corrective and preventative maintenance. (~25%)
- Will require flexibility to work on shifts/overtime/stand-by and holidays when required.
- Requires the ability to work unsupervised and independently at a high level.

Required Skills & Experience
A.S. or B.S in Electro/Mechanical or Field Equivalent study.
Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor industry experience and a strong understanding of Diffusion Equipment.
Ability to Travel ~25% of the role to various customer sites domestically.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Fundamental knowledge of process engineering and metrology.
