Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join their team. The Cash Applications Specialist ensures timely and accurate application of check payments to customer accounts. They collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and unidentified payments. Key responsibilities include posting cash receipts, balancing daily cash inputs, researching cash-related items, and reconciling cash. They also address short-paid balances, suggest process improvements, and assist with other accounts receivable functions and special projects as needed.
