Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Receptionist/Intake Specialist to join their multi-disciplinary Law Firm based in Tempe, AZ. This role is essential in providing a personalized and practical approach to addressing complex legal issues at local, national, and international levels. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently managing intake processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate legal team members.
Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather relevant information and assess legal needs.
Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation in compliance with confidentiality policies.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for attorneys and clients.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
1+ years of reception and/or front desk experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Sign
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Previous experience within a legal environment and/or legal management software.
