Job Description

-Ensure a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. Locates and expedites critical materials
-Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data system or records and verifies reports for accuracy; adjusts material counts when discrepancies are noted
-Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follows-up to ensure commitments are met
-Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle
-Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
-Provide input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma
-2+ years experience working in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations
-Ability to work in a fast pace changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers
-Demonstrate a high level of expertise in problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
-Must be willing to work Dayshift Sundays-Thursdays or Tuesdays-Saturdays
