A client in Chandler, AZ is looking to bring on a Sr. test engineer to join their team. This will be a permanent position, working onsite on a Monday-Friday 8-5pm schedule. They will be working alongside the software, hardware, and system engineering teams. Their main responsibility is to verify and validate testing of engineering designs. Throughout their role, they will be developing test plans and procedures while performing validation testing on satellite communication systems, equipment, and software.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Testing advanced product features and test methods following RF and waveform testing and Digital Intermediate Frequency Interoperability (DIFI)
- Troubleshooting moderate to complex satellite communication software and equipment
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting performance and defects of the product
- Developing verification test procedures using hardware, system, and software level requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience with network and lab equipment and software such as AWGN Noise Sources, Oscilloscopes, Protocol analyzers, Ethernet Managed Switches, Wireshark
- 6+ years of experience in programming such as C/C++, Java, Python
- Experience testing to MIL-STD-188-165B (and -165A) standard
- Experience with Digital Intermediate Frequency Interoperability (DIFI)
