Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and experience working in regulated environments. Banking or financial industry experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations to support business processes across various functions.
Work across multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and Service Catalog configurations.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and automation tools.
Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with industry regulations and security requirements, particularly within banking and financial institutions.
Participate in architectural discussions and strategy planning to enhance platform scalability, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Maintain compliance with ServiceNow governance, risk management, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting financial services.

7+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
Hands-on experience with custom application development and UI/UX enhancements within ServiceNow.
Ability to work across multiple ServiceNow modules and integrate with enterprise systems.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning, impact analysis, and implementation.
Strong understanding of CMDB, workflows, security (ACLs), and automation capabilities within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements, compliance standards (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS), and data security best practices is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)
Experience with ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), SecOps, and regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of banking workflows, risk management, and IT controls.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow.
Understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Experience with AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow, such as Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence.
