Job Description

As a Sr. Director of Access & Identity Services, you will be responsible for identity and access management strategy, leading the implementation of key identity/access technologies, and ensuring that user access is effectively, securely, and efficiently delivered. The Sr. Director is responsible for requirements, strategy, policies, and procedure related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance. This position reports into Vice President, Enterprise Architecture and will interface with and support staff at all levels and in all areas throughout the enterprise. This person will also work frequently with external customers, vendors, and business partners on projects and various assignments.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of information security, networking and/or systems engineer experience required.
5+ years or more of experience designing, building, implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining IAM and configuration management technologies required.
5+ years at a Director level or above supervising staff required.
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in a strategic leadership role overseeing an IAM program in a large and complex enterprise environment which includes an emphasis on security required.
Extensive experience with on-prem and cloud-based Microsoft IAM products
