Facilitating strategic technical planning and leading multiple complex projects
Organizing and hosting grooming and design meetings
Collaborating with developers, architects, and test leads
Ensuring technical solutions meet requirements, supporting testing efforts, and assisting in API documentation and data mapping
Participating in weekly sprint cycles and backlog grooming
Meeting with business stakeholders to fulfill requests and alleviate strain on development and testing teams
Handling day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring clear user stories and requirements
Working with a team of 4 developers, 2 QAs, and some nearshore developers

Business analysis skills such as requirement gathering, creating user stories, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, documenting processes, supporting testing and quality assurance
Strong SQL skills with the ability to query
Experience and exposure to microservices architecture - RESTful services preferred but open to Postman, SOAP services, etc
Ability to help troubleshoot and conduct research
Willingness to learn and conduct research
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, PowerShell, or Groovy)
Experience with configuration management and deployment automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Salt, or Chef)
Knowledge of cloud providers and technology
Experience with database management system technologies and tools
Proficiency in feature mapping software (Stories on Board)
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring and training team members
