A company in Phoenix AZ is looking for a data miner to join their expanding Learning and Development team. As a Data Miner for the Learning and Development team, you will gather and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends and insights that inform training strategies. Your role involves creating reports and visualizations, collaborating with L&D specialists to meet their data needs, and continuously improving data processes. Youll ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. The schedule for this shift will be Monday-Friday 8-5pm with little to no overtime. This role will pay up to $25/HR based on YOE.
