Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow ITIL Process Business Analyst to join an amazing client! As a ServiceNow ITIL Process Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ITIL processes within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that IT service management (ITSM) processes are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform ServiceNow out of the box demonstrations for ITSM and ITOM.
- Design and implement ITIL aligned ITSM and ITOM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document detailed stories based on personas for configuration and development
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and procedures.
- Conduct process reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and standards.
- Monitor and report on process performance and metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
- ITIL Foundation certification is required.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Any additional ITIL certifications.
