Job Description

The Cost Manager serves as the clients main contact for providing cost management services, including invoice validation, cost forecasting and reporting, change management, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value, and value engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in direct support of active construction projects
Demonstrated experience managing and reporting the cost components of large-scale, complex projects; including developing and managing a progress reporting methodology for a complicated design effort
Demonstrated proficiency with a large-scale cost reporting system
MS Office Suite proficiency - strong Excel experience
