Insight Global is looking for a Senior UX Researcher for a company leading in the Fintech space. This Senior UX Researcher will go onsite two days a week in one of the PayPal offices. You will play a role in developing deep understanding of consumers and merchants globally. You will work alongside your cross-functional team members to influence decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible experience for our customers around the world. Their cross-functional team of designers, researchers, engineers, and product leaders partner to deliver unique and meaningful products for millions of customers around the world. We can pay $70-80/hour depending on where you live.

-8+ years experience as a UX researcher with at least a bachelors degree
-need to sit near a PayPal office (can go onsite 2 days a week)
-Enterprise experience
-Experience doing qualitative and quantitative research
-Expert in Figma
-Miro experience or another remote collaboration tool that is similar
-Has experience with variety of research tools to conduct both moderated and unmoderated studies
-Has used research tools such as dscout, usertesting, or MUIQ
-Experience planning with stakeholders and has done a road map or plan from start to finish
-Strong storytelling skills
