Job Description

We are looking to hire a Contracts Administrator for our client based in Phoenix, AZ, although this position is 100% remote. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing and reviewing, contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to support contract lifecycle management and mitigate risks.



Key Responsibilities:



-Draft and review contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

-Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.

-Maintain and update contract templates and standard terms.

-Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.

-Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract preparation.

-Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

-Maintain accurate and organized contract records and databases.

-Provide guidance and support to other departments on contract-related matters.

-Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

-Ideally 8+ years of experience in contracts administration on the CUSTOMER side, not the vendor side
-Preferably a candidate who has experience with local and state government customer agreements
-Comfortable doing MANUAL redlines on contracts, as this team does not current utilize a contract management software
-Experience with sub-contractor flow downs
-Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and the functional tasks to support this process

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM).
