Job Description

The Key Account Assistant is responsible for data gathering, WIP tracker management, outside processing, daily updates on product status and inventory management, handling paperwork gathering, purchase order discrepancies, engaging with internal departments, and maintaining strong customer relations. They also handle confidential company documents and IP control.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as required):

Data gathering activities related to our products (WIP: work in progress) and daily reporting (WIP Tracker).
Managing outside processing with clean house and all related activities - daily updates on current status of our products, inventory, gathering paperwork (from/to clean house; return administration; DMR distribution) and solving PO discrepancies.
Engaging with colleagues on daily basis (Production, Customer service, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, Sales).
Able to work in both production and office setting on a full-time basis.
May interact with customer. Strong customer relations approach.
Will work with company confidential documents and IP control.

Required Skills & Experience

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma/GED required.
Strong communication skills and must be able to interface with internal team members.
Great organizational abilities.
Must be detailed oriented, precise, and able to keep track of our WIP.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes a plus.
equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.0
Following strict safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
SAP user preferred
