As the Retail Sales Director (Consumer Software), you will develop and execute sales strategies for major retailers like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Amazon. Youll lead and mentor a team of Business Development Sales Managers, build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, and navigate complex retail landscapes. Your role involves implementing data-driven strategies for product placement, pricing, and promotions, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with teams for seamless operations. Staying informed of retail trends and consumer preferences, youll proactively identify new opportunities and present compelling sales proposals to secure and enhance retail partnerships.

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales management
Deep understanding of the retail landscape and software security market, including key players, dynamics, and best practices.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building successful relationships with major retail partners like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Amazon
Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive significant revenue growth, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
Willingness to travel as required (30% max).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
