We are looking for an experienced and driven Supervisor to oversee our Project Coordinators. This role is crucial in ensuring that all pre-deployment activities are executed efficiently and meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management/ project delivery background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Project Coordinators, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to complete their tasks effectively.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of site information gathered by Project Coordinators, and validate data input into project trackers.
Project Oversight: Oversee the scheduling and hosting of weekly progress check-in calls, ensuring consistency in communication and adherence to project timelines.
Issue Management: Monitor reports from Project Coordinators on large issues or concerns, and work with the broader project leadership team to resolve problems swiftly.
Schedule Management: Oversee the creation of project schedules, ensuring they are realistic, comprehensive, and aligned with project objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the escalation point for any site-related issues, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth pre-deployment processes.
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of Project Coordinators, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in pre-deployment processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiencies across the team.

Project Management/delivery, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, focusing on mentoring and development.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience overseeing large-scale IT or software deployment projects.
Experience with data tracking, reporting tools, and quality assurance processes.
