Insight Global is looking to hire 4 new agents who will perform a variety of shipper support functions for this end client. They will responds to shipper freight disruption cases and incidences of backlogged shipments, and take appropriate action to resolve the delays. You will communicate directly with shippers via email, telephone, and instant messager while serving as the liaison between the end client, shippers, and carriers.
Other duties include:
-Maintains appropriate pace and quality of work
-Maintains clients standards of conduct, safety and attendance.
-Follows written instruction with minimum supervision.
-Gives information to shippers and carriers.
-Transcribes notes, researches and presents solutions to shipper concerns using established standard work.
-Monitors shipper disruption cases or backlogged freight within established service level agreements.

-Previous experience working in the operations space for a supply chain or logistics company gathering and collecting data
