Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a contract manufacturing organization in Phoenix, AZ. The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting the administration of various facets of human resources including recruitment of direct hire roles, managing temporary staffing agency relationships, assisting with employee functions, and enforcing company policies and practices. This individual can expect up to 10% of travel to other company locations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual - Spanish & English Speaker
Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Experience with ADP or HRIS
High school Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

10 years of overall experience in HR
Bachelors or Associates Degree
