One of the largest Manufactured, RV, and land real estate management companies is looking to add an additional Title Specialist to their growing team. In this role, you'll be supporting new homes being brought in from a title perspective as well as clean up old titles to transfer to our name from recent acquisitions.
Day to Day Example:
Beginning of week starts with a Monday morning meeting. We'll go over the newest report of all outstanding homes. Talk through where people are at, what they need help on, etc. Typically, their morning is focusing on emails and titling, afternoon focusing on specific project and/or partnering with sales (updating info for new homes or homes they don't have the title for yet). End their day with filing away completed emails and setting up the next day to pick up where they let off.
Responsibilities:
Works with the Transactions team to obtain the appropriate sales documents to transfer titles out of Company dealer names and submits transfers through our third-party title vendor.
Maintains detailed notes in our system (BackOffice) on where you are in the process of obtaining a title.
Follows up with assigned issue titles that need a clear path to the title and an eta update twice a week via weekly reports for missing titles.
Manages all manufactured home titles and vehicle Manufacturer's Certificate(s) of Origin (MCO) and coordinates all incoming and outgoing title transfers with a third party in their appropriate state.
Keeps all physical titles organized and updates BackOffice tracking program when the titles arrive and are sent out, as well as initiating all title corrections, as needed.

1+ year of Title experience (preferably in real estate)
Organized with a meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and follow up on outstanding titles/documents needed
