A global human resources software company is looking to add 18+ Client Support Consultants to their team. This specific group will be responsible for providing front-line customer support for businesses with a <60 headcount. These associates will work in a call-center environment dealing with inbound and outbound calls. The main goal of this group is to ensure that all clients are provided with the best quality service for all payroll, taxes, benefits, software, etc. related issues. This roles responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Managing 25-35 calls per day, both inbound/outbound and ranging in issue complexity
· Providing the best quality customer service through a consultative approach and scheduling follow up calls to ensure resolution was acquired
· Navigating through various systems and comfortable multi-tasking on a day to day basis
· Being resourceful and utilizing internal and external resources to problem solve
· Working through complex situations and requests from clients
· Offer support, conflict resolution as the frontline customer support
· Work alongside other associates as well as partner with other internal stakeholders depending on the issue brought forward
Pat Rate: $21/hr

· 2-3+ years of client support/customer service experience in a professional setting
o Needs to show the ability to be resourceful, problem solve, and provide a consultative approach to clients over the phone
· HS Diploma/GED required
· Proficient in various tools/softwares
o Comfortable navigating through different systems/domains
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage various tasks simultaneously
Payroll, Benefits, or HR-focused customer service experience
