Job Description

An oncology provider in Goodyear, AZ is looking to hire a dynamic Front Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from the Goodyear and Prescott locations. You will transfer the incoming calls to the computer and through their EMR system. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume. You will be responsible for various customer service functions while communicating effectively to provide assistance to customers by phone. You will be responsible for decision quality and responding to customer inquiries effectively and efficiently while resolving problems related to services provided by the company.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma
-3+ years as a front office admin or customer service representative
-Experience working in an environment with high call volume
-Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task
-Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, Excel)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience as a medical receptionist or pre-service coordinator experience
