One of the largest facility management tech companies based in Arizona is looking to add an Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to the team. The ideal candidate will have a "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude, be able to multitask, and have an aptitude for continuously finding ways to improve and grow with the company.
Day to Day:
Process and review employee expense reports ensuring expenses are within policy and appropriately approved.
Review and reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements, send to cardholders for review and prepare accrual report for accounting.
Respond to employee questions related to expense reimbursements, credit cards, or AP policies. Update roles in Concur as needed.
Prepare top spend report at month end to obtain missing invoices and send over report to leadership for review and accrual.
Prepare Early Pay items daily to ensure vendors are being paid the next day who have selected that option within One.
Assist with entering vendor bills in the accounting system, ensuring accurate coding to cost centers.
Review workflows to ensure timely approval of routed invoices and following up as needed.
Manage all payment-related correspondence with vendors to ensure team is meeting 24-hour turnaround guidelines.
Assist AP Analyst with Payment applications, as needed.
